Birthday fishing trip with Billy
My wife set up a fishing trip for me and my brother with Billy and boy ohh boy did we have a great time! Not only were we able to catch multiple nice Catfish we got to see the sights on the river! Outstanding Tennessee Fishing Trip!!!
We had a great trip with Captain Billy! Not only does he have a very nice boat he knows the water very well! We were fishing for Catfish and were catching plenty! Captain Billy is the man! Really relaxed and knowledgeable local guide that knows the local waters well and has a rad looking boat with quality gear. A+ experience
We're visiting from out of state and were hoping to get into some trophy sized fish. TNRVG aka Fishing with Billy did not disappoint. We caught two flatheads over 30lbs, two blue catfish weighing 15 and 19lbs, and a large striped bass. Was a great experience and would definitely do again. Great Guide
Billy always take extra time when the fishing is slow and tries many different places until we start catching fish. He is great with kids. Showed Skyler how to cast close to the bank. I just found Captain Billy here! Last year he took me and my son fishing and helped us learn how to fish! I am terrible at it and I wanted my son to start on the right foot, not by me fumbling to give him a good experience. Billy was very knowledgeable and a really nice guy too! Great Father-Son Fishing Trip
My son and I had a great trip this morning with Billy. He put us on several catfish, the first fish was in the first 5 minutes. Billy was easy to work with planning the trip and took care of everything we needed out on the water. His half day trip was the perfect amount of time when fishing with a teenager. Had another great fishing trip with Captain Billy. This Time Me and my son Skyler went on a mixed bag of fish trip. We were going for White bass, small mouth bass, and Drum. But got a bonus caught a couple  of Stripers. The first one was caught on 6 lb test. What a fight. Second on 12 lb test. And then white bass and drum after that. Caught 13 fish and lost 3. What a blast we had. Me and my sons have been  on many trips with Captain  Billy over the past 5 years and he always trys to make the trips memorable. Try a mix bag of fish trip with him. Fishing with Capt. Billy was a great experience, start to finish.  He communicated very promptly and effectively as we were planning the trip. My son and I had another great morning of fishing with Billy of TRVFG. We did a multi-species trip and we caught exactly that. We got striped bass, drum, and white bass. As the morning progressed, Billy changed up our tactics to stay on a changing bite. My son was able to catch a fish that qualified as trophy class under the Tennessee Angler Recognition Program.
